* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup ORG butter, softened
* 2 1/4 cups ORG evaporated cane juice sugar
* 4 eggs
* 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Beat sugar and butter together 3-4 min until light yellow. Add in one egg at a time (4.. the recipe calculator wouldn't allow me to say 4).
