My recommendation and trial later will be to chop the Apples instead and add them to the Mixed Batter and cook this as an Original Pancake Batter in a Non-Stick Pan.

Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4 large eggs)

*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 Tbsp.

Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Salt, .1/4 tsp

Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp.

*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1/2 cup

*Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup

Brown Sugar, 3 Tbsp. packed


How Do I Make Puffed Apple Pancakes?

Here is how you make Puffed Apple Pancakes:

Pre-heat Oven 425*, place butter into a glass 9X13 baking dish in the oven while heating to melt.Core, peel, and slice apples very thin (Granny Smith are recommended). Layer these along the bottom of the pan with the melted butter. Meanwhile, proceed with the remaining ingredients mixing them in a large bowl, dry ingredients first ( reserving the Brown Sugar for the final Topping!) and adding the wet and mixing until the batter is smooth. Pour this over the top of the Apples and Sprinkle the entire mixture with the reserved Brown Sugar and Serve.
