Here is how you make Apple Cinnamon Quinoa:

Rinse quinoa as necessary. Bring water and juice to boil. Stir in quinoa. Return to boil, reduce to simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes. While cooking, chop apples. Place chopped apple into a bowl and add cinnamon, enough to cover the top layer of apples. Add 1 tsp lemon juice and brown sugar. Mix together.At the 10 minute mark, add apple cinnamon mixture to quinoa. Replace cover and cook for additional 5 minutes, or until all water has been absorbed.
