Here is how you make Apple Cinnemon Syrup:

Chop apples into small pieces, approximately 1/4 - 1/2 inch diameters. Cook in small saucepan with unsweetened apple juice. Bring to a boil and cook the apples to desired tenderness. Meanwhile mix cornstarch and water in a cup until cornstarch is compeltely dissolved. When apples are ready remove from heat and add cornstarch mixture stirring constantly until completely mixed in.
