Here is how you make Banana Almond Granola:

Copied from Stepfanie Romine's recipe in "Easy Vegan Meals".Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the almonds in a food processor and process until finely ground, about two minutes. Add the banana and syrup and process until the ingredients are smooth and pourable. Place the oats in a large bowl, then pour on the banana mixture. Sprinkle in the flax, coconut, and cinnamon. Mix well. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
