Raisins - As many as you would like (I only had a tiny box for this recipe)

1 C Mashed Banana
1/2 C Applesauce
2 TBSP Vanilla

Here is how you make Quinoa Banana Apple Oat Bars:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 9 square pan with cooking spray. If you don't already have cooked quinoa on hand, get that started while you get all your other ingredients together. Be sure to rinse it thoroughly!Mix oats, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins & nuts (any kind you like) sugar and salt together in a bowl. If you choose to substitute agave nectar or honey for the sweetener, just mix that in with the wet ingredients later. In another large bowl, mix the wet ingredients including quinoa. Combine everything together thoroughly.Spread mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
