Here is how you make Banana Bran Loaf:

makes 16 , 1/2 inch slicesPreheat oven 350.lightly spray an 8 x 4 loaf pan.Mix mashed bananas, sugar, applesauce, egg whites, and skim milk in a medium bowl.In a seperate bowl mix together the flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, bran cereal, and pecans.Mix together the dry ingredients with the banana mixture just until moistened.Pour into the already sprayed loaf pan and place in oven, in the middle of rack and bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean with no wet batter on it. Cool for 10 minutes in pan then turn out onto a cooling rack and continue to cool completely before storing or freezing for later use.
