Heat oven to 375 and spray 2 large pie tins. Soak the cereal in the milk for 5-10 minutes in the bowl of your mixer, then add all wet ingredients to mix for 2 minutes. Meanwhile sift dry ingredients together and incorporate. Divide batter in pie tins and bake for 25 minutes. Makes 16 servings, so I usually freeze one and cut up the other.
