Preheat over to 350Spray a large loaf pan with nonstick sprayCombine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well and set aside.Combine mashed bananas, egg substitute, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to dry ingredients. Mix until just blended.Gently mix in chocolate chips into batter. Spread half the batter into the loaf pan and sent aside.Microwave preserves until warm and softened, about 20 seconds. Stir until smooth.Drizzle preserves over batter in pan. Top with remaining batter.Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
