Here is how you make Country Banana Bread:

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add mashed bananas and beat well. Sift flour, soda, and salt together, and add wet ingredients, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Pour into loaf pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Baked at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before slicing.This recipe could have several substitutes to fit into your dietary needs. Splenda or Truvia for the sugar; egg whites or egg beaters for the eggs; applesauce and canola oil for the butter, and can leave out nuts.
