Vanilla Essence 1Tbl, 1 serving
Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse

Here is how you make Mango, Banana, Raisin Muffin and/or Bread:

Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl including the raisins. Mix all the wet ingredients in another including mango and banana. I use a hand blender. It is better if the fruit is very ripe. Then mix the wet and dry ingredients together. A few strokes make sure it remains lumpy. I made one loaf and 12 muffins from this recipe. Bake it in a 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes.
