Banana, fresh, 1.25 cup, mashed
*Flour, white, 2 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large

Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup



How Do I Make PB Banana Bread?

Here is how you make PB Banana Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix applesauce and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time mixing well between. Add mashed bananas(about 3 medium). Add PB. Mix well. Measure dry ingredients into a separate bowl. Mix together. Add slowly to wet mixture. Pour into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
