1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large egg whites
1 1/8 Cups Splenda Blends for baking
1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp Plain fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe medium bananas (mashed)
12 C + 1/3 C chopped walnuts

Here is how you make Starbucks Banana Walnut Bread- Low fat version:

Pre-heat the oven to 325 F. Grease a 9X5X3 loaf pan and dust with flour. Blend together the flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. Mix together the egg whites, splenda and applesauce until combined. Add the flour mixture and when blended add the yogurt, vanilla and mashed bananas and mix until combined. Fold in 1/2 C chopped walnuts and pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Top batter with remaining 1/3 C chopped walnuts. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
