Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a medium bowl and spoon together ingredients.In mixer, combine sugar, softened margarine/butter, eggs and vanilla extract until just blended. Increase speed to high for 1-2 minutes until creamy. Reduce speed and add mashed bananas, mix until well blended. Banana chunks are okay!Gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture, mix until just blended.
