Here is how you make Vegan Banana Sunflower Seed Bread:

First make "flax eggs" by combining ground flax with 6 TBSP of water put in fridge to set. Preheat oven to 300 F. spray small loaf pans with cooking spray. Combine all dry ingredients (but leave some sunflower seeds for the top of the loaves), then add wet ingredients and stir until wet, don't over mix. Bake on preheated oven at 300 F for 45-55 minutes.
