Here is how you make Whole Wheat Banana Bread:

In a larger bowl combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add bananas, oil and milk. Mix on low until blended then on high until banana mix is smooth about two minutes. Add eggs and remaining flour, mix just until blended. Stir in nut, optional.Put in greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 to 60 minutes until done. A toothpick inserted into middle of bread should come out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes then remove bread allow to cool thoroughly.
