1) Blend oats, coconut and sugar in blender. Pour into bowl. Mix well.2) Add Health Mix and Baking soda. Mix well.3) Cut unripe bananas and dice mango. Blend in blender.4) Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well.5) Take glass bowl, spray PAM, pour mixture, pat surface with wet fingers.6) Microwave for 4 mins, insert toothpick and check if it comes out clean.
