6 oz. non-fat Greek Yogurt - plain (I use Fage)
2 Eggs (large)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
40 gms. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 375.Mix together Oat Bran, Baking Powder, and Cinnamon.In a separate bowl, combine Bananas, Applesauce, Yogurt, Eggs, & Vanilla with your hands until well combined and mostly smooth with the occasional small banana piece.Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Add mini-chocolate chips (or chopped walnuts) and mix until incorporated.Spray a muffin tin with Pam for Baking.Using a 1/4 cup measuring tool, spoon 1/4 cup of batter into each cup.
