Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except chocolate in Kitchenaid and blend until smooth and well mixed. Pour all but 1 cup of batter into lightly greased loaf pan. Add chocolate to remaining cup of batter and stir until blended. Spoon chocolate batter on top of plain batter and swirl w/knife. Bake 1 hour and 15 min. Cool 10 min before removing from pan.
