Ginger (ground) 1 tsp
2 packets of Truvia

Dried Fruit Medley (Aldis) 1/2 cup (or raisins)
Dried Mixed Berries (Aldis), 1/2 cup

Here is how you make Banana Coconut Hodgepodge Granola:

Preheat oven to 325Obtain cooking sheet and line with parchment paperIn large bowl mix all dry ingredients (excluding berries/fruit/raisins)Combine coconut oil and vanilla extract in a bowlMeasure honey, in pyrex measuring cup heat honey in microwave for 20-25 sec. Combine honey and coconut mixture, add in mashed banana. Heat whole mixture in microwave for 40 secs to a min.Pour wet mixture over dry in a circular motion and stir. Be sure to cover all dry with wet.Put granola onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly and press down firmly with a spatula.Let granola cook for 15-20 mintake the granola out of the oven and flip using a spatula, be sure to press down firmly againLet granola cook for another 15ish min, until crispyTurn oven off and let granola cool in oven for atleast 30 min, (the longer you let cool, the larger granola chunks youll get)Take granola and mix in berries/raisins/fruit and store in whatever container you'd like!
