Here is how you make Nutella Banana Breakfast Cookies:

Preheat iven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Pulse 1 cup of oats in a food processor to make a course flour. Mix flaxseed with 3 tbs. warm water and let thicken.Place the oat flour, remaining oats, baking salt and banana in a large bowl. Add coconut sugar and stir to combine.Melt the coconut oil and nutella, either in microwave or on top of the stove, until smooth. Add to oat mixture and mix well to thoroughly combine.Spoon into 9 large mounds onto baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until firm.Cool on sheet 5 minutes, then on cooking rack.
