Here is how you make Banana Flax High Protein MiniMuffins:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a glass, pour soymilk over Bran Buds to soften them. Set aside. Peel bananas and mash well. Set aside.In a large mixing bowl blend yogurt, 1t vanilla, 3 eggs, 1t cinnamon, 1/2 t nutmeg, 3-5 truvia packets. Add flax seeds, banana mash, and softened Bran Buds. (1/2 c sugar opt.)Sift together dry ingredients: 1 1/2 c. whole wheat white flour (reserve 1/2 c), 1T baking powder, 1/2 t baking soda, 2 scoops protein powder (approx 6 T), 1/2 sea salt. Add gradually to wet mixture until dry ingredients are moistened but batter remains lumpy . Add additional 1/2 c. flour as needed to thicken batter.Spray mini muffin tin w/nonstick spray. Fill each cup 2/3s full. Top w/additional flaxseeds or cinnamon. Bake for 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out w/dry crumbs, not wet.
