Night Before: Cube Bread. Lightly grease 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 bread cubes evenly in bottom of pan. Mix bananas and cream cheese. Evenly poor mixture over bread. Top with remaining bread. Whisk together egg whites, milk, sugar substitute, maple syrup, and cinnamon. pour in pan pressing bread slightly to ensure absorbstion.
