1 small slice of whole grain bread

How Do I Make Honey-Nut Banana Toast?

Here is how you make Honey-Nut Banana Toast:

Makes 1 servingPut .5 tbsp of peanut butter onto a slice of whole grain bread.Spray a cooking pan with the cooking spray, and place the bread on the pan. Start gas flame on medium-low, let the bread heat.Cut half of a large banana into thin, circular slices. Drizzle a little less than half a tbsp of honey onto the bread. Apply the remaining honey to the banana slices.Place the banana slices on the pan, sprinkle on Splenda. When they start to sizzle/brown, use a fork to place them onto the toast.When the bread is as crisp as you want it, sprinkle on .5 tsp of cinnamon and turn off heat.Serve hot.
