Here is how you make Banana Pecan Cream of Wheat Muffins:

Mix all dry ingredients except for pecans together in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk egg whites until frothy, add honey and stir until well combined. Add to dry ingredients, rinse bowl with 2 cups of water to clean all the honey and egg mixture out, add 1 cup of milk, stir until well combined. Add chopped pecans and bananas.
