Here is how you make Healthy Banana Pecan Muffins:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Mix the flours, flaxseed, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together the egg, oil, yougurt and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Fold in the bananas and pecans and put batter in greased cupcake of muffin tins.
