Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, grind 1 cup whole oats into course flour. Mix in a bowl with remaining 1/2 cup whole oats, 1 cup self rising flour and cinnamon.In a separate bowl, mash bananas thoroughly and mix in yogurt, coconut nectar (honey or agave can be subbed) and vanilla extract.Mix dry ingrediants into wet until just combined. Spoon batter into 12 muffin cups and bake until just done.
