Here is how you make Maple Banana Walnut muffins:

Preheat oven to 375F. Line muffin tin with paper liners, or spray with nonstick cooking spray.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, syrup, brown sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir in bananas. Add banana mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. Place muffin tin on wire rack to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
