Here is how you make One Bowl Banana Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray or paper liners.Mix flour, walnuts, wheat germ, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in bananas, milk, butter and egg. Mix just until blended. (Batter is fairly thick, you can thin a little with a little extra milk if desired).Fill 12 muffin cups evenly with batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired.Bake muffins until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, and golden brown, 20-22 minutes.
