2 cups all-purpose flour

Here is how you make Vegan Banana Cinnamon Muffins:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, mash bananas until soft. The easiest way I've found is to put all three bananas into a gallon-size freezer bag, mash them with my hands, and then snip a corner of the bag off and squeeze them out (like a frosting bag).Add vegan margarine, sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and water to the bananas. Mix well.In a separate bowl, combine together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Combine with the banana mixture, stirring gently to combine.Grease or line a muffin pan, and fill each muffin about 2/3 full with batter.
