7/8 cup skim milk

Here is how you make Electric Vegetarian Banana Nut Pancakes:

In a small bowl, stir together flour, milk powder, brown sugar, baking powder, walnut pieces and baking soda. Set aside.In a measuring cup, combine milk, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Set aside.In a blender or food processor, process banana untili liquefied. Add in dry ingredients and pulse 2 or 3 times to combine. With blade turning, pour in liquid mixture. Stop machine when all liquid as been added. Do not overprocess scrape down sides of bowl.Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Use a 1/4 cup of batter to form each pancake. Pancakes are ready to turn when bubbles appear on top and the underside is light brown, 2-3 minutes.
