In a large bowl, mash bananas until mushy. Add milk, eggs and vanilla and mix until blended. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended- tiny lumps should still appear. Do not overmix or pancakes will be tough. Stir in frozen blueberries. Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop out batter. When bubbles begin to break open on top of pancake, turn over and cook until golden on second side. Transfer to a warm plate and keep pancakes in a 250 degree oven while the rest of the pancakes are cooked. Makes 14 pancakes.
