Makes 14 pancakes about 5 inches wide.Preheat griddle to 300 degrees (if using a griddle)Mix the eggs, milk, and bananas in a small bowl and set aside. Mix all the other ingredients into a large bowl with a fork or whisk. Mix the wet stuff in with the dry stuff, the batter will be slightly lumpy. Cook until edges look dry before you flip to the second side.
