12 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen Mango
1 Fresh Banana (peeled)
1 Fresh Kiwi (peeled)
3/4 Fresh Peach (peeled and pitted)(the other 1/4 usually goes to my daughter)
1/4 cup Acai juice
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
1/2 Serving Whey Protein Powder
Water to taste/thickness

Here is how you make Acai Smoothie w/ Banana, Strawberry, Mango, Peach, Kiwi:

Add frozen fruits to blender. Peel and chop fresh fruits, then add to blender. Add flaxseed, juices and water and blend until desired thickness. Add protein powder last and pulse until just barely blended in. (If you add protein powder too soon it froths up, which I don't like). Depending on how much water you add, this recipe usually makes us a BIG 22 oz. smoothie for me and a 7 oz. smoothie for my 18 month old daughter who LOVES them!Number of Servings: 1.25Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user HELLCATSPECIAL.
