This thick green smoothie is flavorful, thick, creamy & nutritious. I used a few ingredients that probably aren't true to making a smoothie (jams, for example), but it was what I had available.I love bananas, if I eat them, I'm NOT a fan of things flavored to taste like banana...wierd...I know. So I created this with the focus of still having a nutritious drink without the banana.This was created for the nutritional info.

1/2 cup red seedless grapes
2 Tbsp Ground Golden Flaxseed
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt, nonfat-vanilla
1 tsp Hemp Protein Powder
1Tbsp Lower sugar Blueberry Fruit Spread
1Tbsp Frozen (or not) Strawberry Jam
1Tbsp Dried Cranberries (such as Craisins)
1 Tbsp Dried Cherries
1 tsp Honey
Dash of Vanilla extract (about a tsp)
Dash of lemon juice (about a tsp and one half)

Pour Almondmilk into blender; add spinach & kale. Blend on high or liquify. Add to it apricot, pear, grapes, & yogurt. Blend on high or liquify until all fruit has been broken down.Next, add your Ground Golden Flaxseed, Hemp Protein Powder, fruit spread and jam, dried cranberries & cherries, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice.
