Add egg, mik, and vanilla to flour mixtureFold in whisked eggPlace about .5 cup of batter into waffle maker (I have a BIG eound maker so I only end up making 2.5 huge waffles which I split in half to make a total of 5 serving of 2 pieces each - see picture)While the waffles are cooking, in a blender or food processor add .25 cup of yogurt with .74 cup of frozen berries (you can sue fresh if you dont want a frothy topping). Add the cranberry juice and lemon juice if you want. I used a little bit of sweet lemon juice.Take the waffles and split in 5 servings.
