Here is how you make Barley Scones:

Preheat oven to 350.Mix water, maple syrup, applesauce and vinegar. Set aside.Combine flour, baking powder baking soda and raisins in food processor. Blend. Add liquid and process until dough forms. Transfer to flat surface dusted with flour. flatten into circle 6" in diameter and 3/4" thick. Score into 12 wedeges,(do not separate).
