Add fake buttermilk and stir quickly until mixed. Will be sticky at first. Turn out on very lightly floured broad. Knead gently several times. Pat out 1/4 inch thick this is where you can spread 1/2 the butter that I don't use. If you do this then fold over forming two layers and use rest of butter on top. Cut into rounds with floured biscuit cutter ( I use a glass). Place on buttered ( I use Pam lightly) 9 in pan. Place 1/2 inch apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
