Preheat oven to 400. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Take frozen butter and with the large holes of a box grater, grate the frozen butter into dry ingredients and combine. Combine all wet ingredients and then slowly add into the dry mixture. Do not overmix. Once combined gently fold in the blueberries. Using two spoons drop scone batter onto greased baking sheet.
