Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 9x5 bread pan. Stir apples, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture. Stir in berries and nuts. Spread batter into lightly greased pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
