Here is how you make Multi Grain Bread:

Use at least a 2lb bread maker, add ingredients as listed and set bread maker to "Dough Only". Approx: 90 mins. Check to make sure every thing gets mixed well, add extra flour if needed to make a soft dough. This is a very nutty flavored bread and makes wonderful toast.Once the dough has risen in the bread maker turn out onto an un-floured surface cut into two equal portions and form into two loaves, put into lightly greased 10" bread pans and let rise till double in size (about 30 mins.)When fully raised, put into a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, turn heat down to 350 and bake another 25 minutes. Bottom of bread should sound hollow when tapped with knuckles. cool on a wire rack till cold.
