Here is how you make Lemon Tea Bread:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar, then add lemon rind and eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each is added.Stir in the lemon juice. Then, gradually sift in the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat well after each addition until you have a light, workable batter.Pour into a buttered and floured bread pan (8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5) and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
