Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Heat milk and 1/2 of sugar in a pot. Mix egg yolks and other half of sugar together in a bowl. When milk is at a scald, temper into the egg yolks and sugar mixture. Whisk together. Soak donuts in mixture for 20 minutes. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips and transfer to casserole dish.
