Here is how you make Cranberry Pumpkin Bread:

~ Preheat oven to 350 and grease 2 loaf pans. (I only have one, so I split the batter in half and do 1 at a time. Just make sure you cover the remaining batter so it won't dry out.)~ In large mixing bowl, combine flour, spices,baking soda and salt and set aside.~ In medium mixing bowl, mix sugars, pumpkin, eggs, oil, applesauce, and juice with a mixer until well combined. ~ Pour pumpkin mixture into flour mixture and stir until moistened. ~ Fold in cranberries. ~ Pour into prepared pans and bake for about 75-90 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Number of Servings: 24Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MICHELLEM79.
