put flour, soda, powder, salt and cin. in bowl set asidemix egg and sub,oil, applesauce, sugar and van. then blendstir in flour mix until all combined then mix in nuts and zucchinipour into sprayed loaf pan and bake 350 for about hr. or until fork pulls out clean..
