I cooked the eggs in a pan with a little bit of butter for the 1st sandwich...then didn't have to add any butter to any additional sandwiches that I made. I ended up making 8 sandwiches to get my wife and I through the week.Approximately 3 Tbs. of egg for each sandwich, which I folded when cooked to be placed on a sandwich thin. I added 2 really thin slices of cheddar cheese, and then 1 slice of bacon cut in half.
