Here is how you make Omlet and Breakfast Sandwich:

Spray pan with non-stick spray over med-high heat.Add potatoes and cook for approx. 3 min.Add onions and cook for approx. 2 min.Add peppers and continue to cook for 2 min.Add mushrooms and continue to cook for 1 min.Add 3/4 cup of egg beaters.When omlet is set put one piece of cheese on the sandwich thin. Cut the omlet in half. Fold one half of the omlet in half and place on top of the cheese in the sandwich.
