Cut bread in half. Layer 1 folded slice turkey breast, apple slices and cheese on one side. Top with other half of bread and place on panini grill. Close top and grill until ready light appears (or for 1-2 minutes) Grab and go! I love the texture and density of the panini, but I've made these like grilled cheese and in a toaster oven too.
