mix together dry ingredients in a non-stick roasting pan or baking dish. In a separate bowl mix together wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, stirring well to distribute evenly. Bake at 325 for about 1/2 hour or until the nuts and oats start to look a bit browned. Stir a few times during baking and after removing from oven. Allow to cool and store in air tight container for about one week.
