2 cups pancake mix (I use “Nature’s Path” Organic – you can get it at Fry’s in the healthy section. I have only tried the recipe with the Buttermilk flavor, but I just bought their whole wheat flaxseed mix to try).
2 tablespoons oil (I use olive oil because of the health benefits and I really don’t taste it at all in the pancakes)
4 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Chopped almonds
1 + 1/3 cup ice water
1 container of egg whites (16 oz)
Cinnamon (optional)
You can also add blueberries, craisons, raisons, banana, etc. but I would add that after you have just poured the batter onto the pan

The consistency will be kind of watery because of all of the egg whites, so mix well. I like to use one ladle full of batter for a big, thin pancake and that fills me up for hours.
